Returns

The following address is for customer returns only. (Please note, we don’t yet have a showroom)

In the event that your items need to be returned, please follow the steps below;

• Drop us a line via email and let our team know you would like to make a return. Our team will send you a form so they can help you by booking a return service.
• Your return then be logged onto our system before it arrives at the warehouse, so it can be accepted and processed.
• Please remember to repackage your return before sending. Any returns received without protective packaging will not be able to be refunded.
• Anonymous returns will be held in quarantine until the customer gets in touch.

As a small independent business, we regret that we're not able to offer free returns. We've negotiated the best rates with couriers to make it as cheap as possible to get your item back to us, but of course you can arrange your own return if you prefer.
